Founded in 2019 by brothers Jon and Dan, The Thirsty Farrier is a family-run business that started with a shared passion for great cocktails, bringing people together and doing things a little differently.
What began with the brothers rescuing and renovating old vehicles into cocktail bars, initially serving drinks at private events, has since grown into London's most exciting independent pop-up cocktail bar, with locations including the Southbank Centre, Tower Bridge and Covent Garden. Today, The Thirsty Farrier is on a mission to raise the bar within the events industry - serving high-quality, freshly-made drinks made by expert bartenders, in brilliant locations. None of that ready-made stuff.
Today, family remains at the heart of everything they do. With a growing team of talented bartenders, a passion for quality drinks and an ambition to raise the standard of pop-up experiences, we're always looking for new ways to bring people together.
Still independent, still family-run and still driven by the same two brothers who started it all back in 2019.

Today, you can find our bars at seasonal pop-up locations, pitches and activations throughout the year. From monthly set-ups, to week-long festivals, we have served cocktails at events with footfalls of over 100,000 people.
The Thirsty Farrier has been named the highest performing bar at national festivals, including Boomtown two years in a row - and we’re proud to always provide a high-quality service.
